IT Rack Heat→Hot Aisle→CRAH Coil→CHW Loop→Economizer / Chiller
Control philosophy: return-air temperature rises, fan VFD increases airflow, chilled-water valve modulates, plant stages as required.
Direct-to-Chip
CPU / GPU→Cold Plate→Rack Manifold→TCS→CDU→Facility Water
Control philosophy: GPU load rises, TCS return temperature increases, CDU pump and facility valve modulate to maintain supply temperature and differential pressure.
Immersion
IT Hardware→Dielectric Fluid→Immersion Tank→Pump→Heat Exchanger / CDU→Facility Water
Control philosophy: fluid temperature rises, circulation flow increases, facility-water valve modulates, and temperature is maintained within the operating band.
